At Puketaha School our vision is to develop the creativity, courage and learning powers of all students in a caring environment. We are a small rural school just kilometres from Hamilton City. We have a current roll of approximately 260 students with an emphasis on personalised learning in all classes. Some of the great things about Puketaha School is our Collaborative approach to learning, our Reflective Teaching Practice and our High Standard of Achievement by students while attending Puketaha School and beyond. Puketaha School- where we are Better than Best! Term Dates 2008 Term 1 - 7 February - 18 April Term 2 - 5 May - 4 July Term 3 - 21 July - 26 September Term 4 - 13 October - 19 December TERM 4 at Puketaha School. PUKETAHA DUATHLON A special event for the Puketaha Community and beyond. Entry forms in school news letter or by contacting the school. When- December 7th Where- Puketaha School Start- 9.30 am For- Any body over 16 Cost- $20 solo competitors, $35 teams, entry goes up by $5 after Nov 21st 3km run, 12km bike and a final 1km run to the finish. All proceeds go to resources for the school |
